Solution
Currently I scrape these pages to maintain a list of Elite proxies:
- http://www.ip-adress.com/proxy_list/
- http://www.freeproxylists.com/elite.html, follow the first link called “detailed list”
- http://www.proxynova.com/proxy-server-list/?pxl=e, IP addresses are Javascript-protected
It’s enough for me now. If my needs change in the future, I will update this list.
