On the linked page I see solutions to convert PDF to something else. But we need the other direction. Can you convert HTML to PDF with your converter?

True, the config files moved to ~/.config/mc some time ago. What I did is in my home directory I created a symbolic link called ".mc" that points to ~/.config/mc .

Thank you for these steps. For my 32-bit 12.04 system, the mc.ext that mc reads is in ~/.config/mc. Adding mc.ext and binding (as a link) to my ~/.mc folder did not help.
From the mc Menu, Command > Edit Extension File brings up ~/.config/mc/mc.ext. Editing this file allowed me to open pdf files.

You can just use google’s own multi-language translator.

I only found the 443 error by testing my site and couldn’t understand why this error suddenly appeared. As it happens, I’d put BOTH the single flag things and Google’s drop-down multi language translator. Keep the flags if you like them, but only allow the drop down menu to function, is easiest with firefox.

Thanks Devilirium, it's an excellent idea. With xinput I managed to disable/enable the keyboard. I put the patch script in the sleep.d directory but after waking up from a suspend I still have the same problem :( Update: Here is how I tested disabling/enabling the keyboard: [sourcecode language="bash"] xinput set-prop 11 "Device Enabled" 0; sleep 5; xinput set-prop 11 "Device Enabled" 1 [/sourcecode] Where 11 is the keyboard's ID according to "xinput --list".

From this [http://goo.gl/DZqzY] site you can get the information how to run a script when your computer wakes up. We need to use the external application 'xinput', to get the needed results. First find out the ID of the input device, in our case the keyboard:

$ xinput --list

Then we put the following lines into the /etc/pm/sleep.d/01_keyboard_hack resume case:

xinput set-int-prop  "Device Enabled" 8 0 # Disable
xinput set-int-prop  "Device Enabled" 8 1 # Enable

They are supported for 9 months actually. For me it’s OK, I like living on the edge and I update as soon as possible. But the upgrade process is not always a huge success (like in the case of 13.04 for instance…)
